RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

CONSULAR LETTER

This Letter is especially required if the requirement is for Saudi Arabia. The employer will mention in the letter appointment of us as their agent to act on the Employers behalf to carry all our formalities in regard to visa, the consular letter should have the visa number and date of its issuance in the letter.

VENUE

We Shall arrange a venue for conducting the final interview according to job categories.

INTERVIEW

We prefer selection of candidates through the employers representatives. However, If we are entrusted with the responsibility, we can assure of proper and prompt selection in accordance with the employers specific requirements.

OUR INITIATIVES FOR MANPOWER PULLING

  • Our Main Initiatives are Direct door-to-door worker/Manpower sourcing from Multinational Construction ongoing projects in Bangladesh through our own mobilization staff every day.
  • We have our own Database Bank, we are keeping all direct sourcing workers' information including their addresses and telephone numbers.
  • We are maintaining a database record for all dispatched workers from our agency, whenever they return to Bangladesh after completing their contractual period, we arrange again all of them for re-employment to overseas job and they are already experienced in their respective fields.
  • We are pooling workers through Countrywide Newspaper advertisement from time to time as per Employer Demand order and we are keeping them all information in our data-base for future Manpower mobilization as per requirements.
  • We also have our own training & testing Center. Our training center we are giving training every month around 350 workers for different trades. Who have semi-skilled in their 3ob trades.
  • So, we believe and hope that any number of required workers for overseas projects we will able to supply and recruit from our source.
DEMAND LETTER

The employer is willing to use the services of KBS Global Trade & HR Solutions. For the employment of Bangladeshi personnel may establish direct contact. To take quick action on the demand letter it is necessary to state the type of workers required, nature of work, number of workers rquired, basic wages/salary, duty hours, overtime allowances, qualifications and experience required, duration of services contract, medical treatment, insurance and other terms and conditions of service and benefits the employer would like to offer to the workers like foor, accommonation, joining air ticket, etc

POWER OF ATTORNEY

After Final Selection for completion of local government formalities and if the country to which the workers will travel has an embassy in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Human Resources Development and Placement Centre Limited will apply for visas for selected candidates for which Power of attorney is required.

TRADE TEST

Trade tests are carried out, if required, for certain categories supervised by professional instructors.

OUR GUARANTEE

Any person found unfit (excluding accident cases) shall be repa-triated at our expense and the charge incurred for the replacement of the same will be borne by us.

TERMS OF REQUIREMENT PROCESS

  • All Personal recruited will be qualified and experienced as per the job description provided by the employer.
  • Technical workers will be selected only after the trade test (Grade A or B) in a reputed Technical Training Center.
  • Interviews can be arranged at any place in Bangladesh according to the direction of employer to get the maximum number of Employee.
  • Salaries could be negotiated with the candidates at the time of the interview.
  • Suitable CVs will be provided in case the Employer decides to shortlist candidates before interviews.
  • After the selection, we will provide the workers within 30-45 Days from receipt of Original Visa Documents from the consulate in Bangladesh.
  • Candidates recruited directly by us would be on a probation period of 3 months from the date of Their employment.
  • It is recommended and appreciated that Employer may provide Air Ticket for the selected candidates for their journey to take up employment.
  • We would be happy to receive a nominal recritment fee from the employer per recruited candidate, however, this is not a must.
  • We Will not be Subletting the business to any agency besides ourselves.
